By accessing or using MagicBot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. MagicBot is operated by Magic Touch Apps.
2. Description of Service
MagicBot is a multi-tenant chatbot management platform that allows administrators to create, configure, and deploy AI-powered chatbots for clients. Features include knowledge-base management, integration configuration, webhook setup, and real-time chat testing.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to access data not intended for you, interfering with other users, uploading harmful content, using bots for illegal activities, or reverse engineering any part of the platform.
5. Data and Content
You retain ownership of any data, prompts, knowledge documents, or configurations you upload. By using the Service, you grant us the limited right to process and store this data solely for the purpose of operating the platform on your behalf.
6. Third-Party Integrations
MagicBot supports integrations with third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Slack). Your use of such integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of external services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Touch Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Magic Touch Apps operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
